How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weddings and large events — so we can reserve your date, plan a custom menu, and line up our onsite chef, event manager, and servers (one per 30 guests). That said, if you're in a pinch, call us at 321-301-4885 and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Do you deliver and handle setup?

Yes! Our full-service buffets include dinnerware, utensils, setup, and breakdown, so you can actually enjoy your event. We also offer buffet enhancements and a carving station with a dedicated chef for that extra wow factor.

Can you cater our office lunch?

Absolutely — office lunches are one of our specialties. We'll build a custom menu and package to fit your budget and headcount, deliver it fresh, and set everything up. Special requests are always welcome.

Do you offer bar service?
